Evansville Oasis offers high quality produce and food products directly in your community to remove the barries to healthy eating.

In 2019, three high school seniors competing in the University of Evansville Changemaker Challenge recognized the immense volume of food insecure areas in Evansville. After three years of developing the project, we have partnered with the Junior League of Evansville to create the Neighborhood Food Market. The market is a renovated van that is fully equipped with refrigerators and storage space to operate as a grocery store on wheels. We incorporated as a nonprofit in 2021 and will continue reinvest and expand the organization.
